An 8-week Live Virtual Workshop with Robin Golinski and Dr. Dennis Becker. Eight seats. Two coaches. One relationship dynamic you're done losing to.
You've read the articles. You've watched the videos. You know the word "gaslighting" better than you'd like to.
None of it tells you what to say the next time it happens.
Therapy helps you process what already happened. Your attorney fights for what you're entitled to. Neither one is built to tell you what to say the moment the manipulation is happening, or how to handle it when they escalate and push back. That's the gap. This workshop fills it.
Every week for 8 weeks, you get two parts.
A 30-minute video module you watch on your own time, sent in advance of your live session. Then a one-hour live session with Robin and Dennis, where you practice what you just learned in real breakout rooms with real feedback, not a lecture.
Live sessions run Tuesdays, 7:00 to 8:00 PM ET. Between sessions, you have direct Voxer access to both coaches, so you're never sitting alone with a message you don't know how to answer.
The manipulator's mindset, motivation, tactics, and how they chose you as a target.
Spot the tactics as they happen, tell manipulation apart from ordinary persuasion, and recognize when a surrogate gets pulled into the fight.
Build the self-awareness that makes you harder to move. Identify your vulnerabilities, your accessibility, your emotional hooks.
Respond to a manipulator effectively, in the moment.
Your own techniques for emotional control and delivering a message on your terms.
Recognize backlash as a sign you're winning, not losing, and know how to handle it.
Learn a new process for investing trust, one you can use to evaluate the relationships you're already in and the ones still ahead of you.
Bring everything together into one specific plan you'll actually use, built around your objective with the manipulator: leaving, holding a boundary while interactions continue, or getting them to do something specific, like giving up primary custody.
Dennis holds a PhD in communication and has spent more than fifty years studying how people communicate, especially the kind that goes wrong. He works with clients on both the mindset behind what's happening to them and the exact words to change it, pattern recognition through to word-level strategy.
Robin brings that same range. She's coached this work for over a decade, and she was raised by a manipulator, then married one, so she's lived the thing she teaches. She uses humor to make the learning stick, so expect to laugh along the way.
Together in the room, you get two full coaches working your specific situation, not one covering for the other's gaps.
8 weeks, 8 video modules, 8 live sessions with both coaches, a signed copy of the book, Voxer support throughout, one hour of 1:1 coaching, the private Facebook group, session recordings, and the full workbook. Eight seats per workshop, every workshop.
For anyone navigating a high-conflict relationship where the other person still has real leverage in your life: a co-parent, an ex, a partner past or present.
For anyone navigating a high-conflict relationship where the other person still has real leverage in your life: a co-parent, an ex, a partner past or present.
For any relationship that doesn't fit a single category: a friend who keeps crossing a line, a landlord, a roommate, someone you can't quite name yet.
For manipulation at work: a boss, a colleague, a client, someone with power over your paycheck or your reputation.
For manipulation inside the family you didn't choose: a sibling, an in-law, an adult child, a parent.

No. Nothing will, and we won't tell you otherwise. What changes is your part: how you respond, and how much power your words hand over.
No. We don't diagnose anyone in this program, including the person you're dealing with. That's not what the work is.
Keep both. Neither one is built to tell you what to say the moment the manipulation is happening, or how to handle it when they escalate or push back. We're the third thing.
Pick the closest fit. The framework applies across relationship types, and most groups end up more varied than the label suggests.
No. It's not a place to trade bad stories for sympathy. It's a skill you're building, with real ongoing support along the way, from us and from the group, so your confidence and competency keep growing session to session.
Your recording arrives by email from Fathom after each session. It's worth rewatching even if you were there, since going back over the material is part of what builds your learning momentum week to week.
